15x Intelligent Zoom

You can shoot motion images with a maximum 15x Intelligent Zoom and no image quality degradation. The E.I.S.(Electrical Image Stabilizer) also gives you beautiful zoom shots without blurring. * When using the 15x Zoom, switching is required by pressing the Double Range Zoom button. When the Active E.I.S. is turned on, the zoom is 12x. When shooting photos, the maximum zoom is 5x.

Still Images

You can catch those special moments in 14-megapixel high-resolution still pictures. Depending on the situation, you can shoot high-quality photos or videos -- whichever you want. It enables dynamic 360°/180° panorama shooting, just swing the camera up, down, left or right. And you can take vertical or horizontal images easily.

Back Light Compensation (HDR)

HDR (Backlight Compensation) gives three images taken at different exposures to combine to one optimal still image while suppressing blown highlights and blocked shadows. HDR (Paint) process gives still images an artistic, painting-like effect.

Included Software (HD Writer VE2.0)

Operation of this model is very easy thanks to the included HD Writer VE2.0 software, which is compatible with both YouTube and Facebook. The software features a "Smart Wizard" that starts up as soon as the Full-HD Camcorder is connected to the USB port of a PC. By simply following the on-screen guidance, even someone who has never used the software can easily copy video clips to a PC or DVD disc without getting lost in the process.
